Job Summary:

As our Full -Time Social Worker, you will be assigned to Assisted Living Facilities in Northern VA (ALF) to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their psychological needs.
You will be responsible for mental health assessments, therapy visits, and evaluations throughout the ALF and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

Salary: $60,000- $72,000
