### **What You’ll Do**
#### **1. Social Media Video Editing**
- Edit short-form videos (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts) and long-form videos (You Tube content, webinars) for storytelling and educational purposes.
- Ensure platform-specific optimization for videos, including aspect ratios, pacing, and captions.
- Craft visually engaging **opening hooks**, transitions, and video layouts to retain viewer attention.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for cross-platform use.
#### **2. Graphics and Visual Design**
- Design and integrate custom **motion graphics**, including:
- Intro sequences
- Animated transitions
- Call-to-actions (CTAs)
- Lower-thirds and overlays
- Develop and maintain a cohesive **graphics package** for branding across all video content.
- Create **thumbnail designs** for You Tube and other platforms, ensuring they are eye-catching and aligned with current trends.
- Add **dynamic text animations** and captions for videos to enhance readability and engagement.
#### **3. Content Branding**
- Ensure consistent application of branding elements such as colors, fonts, and logos in all video content.
- Work collaboratively to evolve the visual style and identity of the brand over time.
- Suggest improvements to visual aesthetics based on audience feedback and analytics.
#### **4. Collaboration & Strategy**
- Work closely with Justin and John to align video and graphic design with the overall brand strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team (if applicable) to align on visual messaging and graphics goals.
#### **5. Trend Research & Implementation**
- Stay informed about the latest trends in motion graphics, typography, and video effects.
- Experiment with new design styles and editing techniques to keep content fresh and modern.
#### **6. Workflow Management**
- Organize and manage design assets (logos, templates, fonts, etc.) for efficient use in video projects.
- Maintain an archive of completed graphics and video projects for reuse and reference.
