Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to conflict management.
Duties
Manage all aspects of property maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee property leasing activities, including tenant screening and lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of tenant interactions.
Provide legal administrative support related to property contracts and compliance.
Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and phone etiquette.
Utilize One Site software for property management tasks, including tracking leases and maintenance requests.
Address tenant concerns promptly and manage conflicts effectively to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote available properties and enhance occupancy rates.
Experience
Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with property leasing processes and legal requirements is a plus.
Strong skills in data entry and record keeping are essential.
Experience with One Site or similar property management software is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required for effective tenant communication.
A background in conflict management will be beneficial in addressing tenant issues.
