Catapult Learning is looking for a full-time Site Coordinator to support instructional programming.

Overview:

How you’ll be there for students:

Essential duties and responsibilities.

Review inventory and provide Supervisor with a list of materials that need to be ordered
Organize materials and curriculum
Distribute materials and curriculum to tutors as needed during the school year
Provide support to tutors with pre-service training in curriculum
Provide in-class support for proper curriculum implementation and lesson delivery
Inform tutors of changes to their daily schedules which may result in alternative assignments
Lead daily/weekly group meetings to discuss classroom sessions
Perform Walk-throughs on a cycle determined with Supervisor
Confirm that all staff is present by 8:25 each morning; confirm departure at 3:25 PM
Ensure tutors are in their assigned classrooms and ready to provide instruction as scheduled
Enter/activate new and current students in STARS
Enter/activate groups in Scheduler
Ensure that student attendance is entered daily in the Attendance app
Counsel staff on school or Catapult policy infractions as appropriate
Confirm that tutor attendance is entered into Ulti Pro daily
Confirm that tutor attendance in Ulti Pro matches the paper time sheets
Ensure safety of students in the classroom
Provide input for tutor’s 90 day evaluations and end-of-year performance reviews
Manage emergencies by communicating with the Program Supervisor
Communicate with school designee regarding student attendance or behavior, after bringing to the attention of the Supervisor
Must attend all staff meetings/trainings
Substitute for absent staff members as needed
Other job responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

PA teacher certification, preferred
Bachelor's degreee, required
Experience working with school aged children, required
