Duties

- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
