As a Service Coordinator at Hot Spring Spas & Pool Tables, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best customer experience possible. You will be the first point of contact for customers who require service or assistance with their hot tubs or pool tables. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. You will work closely with our service technicians to schedule appointments, order parts, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your goal is to provide the best customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Order parts and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs
This job does require in person training out of Fargo, ND.
