We are seeking a Selling Branch Manager for our recruitment office in Oakland Park, FL. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales, and overall profitability of the branch. This role combines management duties with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth. Oversee all branch operations, including staff management, budgeting, and achieving operational efficiency.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing client relationships within the local market.
Conduct client prospecting, meetings, and presentations to promote the agency’s staffing services.
Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new business deals, renewing contracts, and increasing branch revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for any staffing needs or issues.
Partner with clients to understand their workforce requirements, ensuring timely and accurate staffing placements.
Work closely with recruiters to ensure the successful placement of candidates in client assignments.
Requirements
Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales, with at least 1-2 years in a management role.
Proven track record in sales and client relationship management, ideally within the staffing industry.
Strategic thinking and sales acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities and demands.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
