HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is currently hiring a full-time Security Site Supervisor for a location in West Memphis, AR. This position offers a starting pay rate of $19/hr, with weekly pay.
Requirements:
- TN Security License
- Must be flexible to work ALL shifts, and availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
- 2+ years of security supervisory experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of all site Security Officers.
- Train, develop, motivate and empower Security Officers to effectively and efficiently oversee all day-to-day operations of the site.
- Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, the chain of command, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms.
- Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site(s).
- Maintain records, schedules, payroll, and other records pertinent to the site.
- Ensure the working schedule is accurate, the projected working schedule is posted, vacation or time off requests are within company guidelines, and the branch receives the scheduled weekly hours.
- Ensure that all personnel topics are addressed with management guidance.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
