Sanitation Supervisor $20-23/hr

307 Meat Company is Wyoming's newest and most modern USDA inspected meat processing plant. 307 Meat Company is dedicated to sustainable local food production, specializing in assisting direct to consumer meat companies. We are seeking self motivated individual to join our sanitation team. Canidate must have previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, cleaning/sanitation or janitorial. This person will be responsible for in rinsing, scrubbing, rinsing, and sanitizing meat plant equipment and facility. Successful person will need to be able to work in an team environment, train and supervise team members, monitor employee hours, check team members work to ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing protocols are met, cover other team members responsibilities while they are absent or working on another project. This individual will need to be able to repetitively lift and move items weighing up to 40lbs. This person will be responsible for in rinsing, scrubbing, rinsing, and sanitizing meat plant equipment and facility. Standard hours of work are from 5:00pm to between 12:00am and 2:00am.
