**Job Title: Sales Representative - Landscaping Services (Commission-Based)**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our landscaping company. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to identify and secure new clients in need of residential or commercial landscaping services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and generate new leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their landscaping needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Provide clients with detailed service proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, services, and competitor offerings to effectively sell our services.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
**Compensation:**
- Commission-based pay structure – earn a percentage of the sales you generate.
- Unlimited earning potential based on your performance and client acquisition.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a service-related industry (landscaping or construction a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
