SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN

Ability to oversee sales and production while maintaining a clean, organized gym
A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
Passion for leadership and team development
The ability to deliver a great guest experience
Previous gym experience (not required, but welcomed)
Ability to jump in and assist where needed
