Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, helping families find their perfect new addition and providing essential support and care advice. This is a full-time position, and candidates must have weekend availability to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers, guiding them through the selection process.
Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
Assist with store operations, including stocking, organizing, and general upkeep.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for pets.
Proven reliability, with full-time and weekend availability.
A team-player attitude with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Previous retail or customer service experience is required
