Overview
Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales associates maintain the condition of the sales floor, ensure that it is clean, and shoppable. Answer phones to assist wholesale and retail customers.

Job Components
- Provides fast, friendly service
- Actively seek out customers
- Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers
- Ask open ended questions in order to determine their needs
- Show interest in the customer
- Is knowledgeable about products
- Answer questions about merchandise
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise
- Test and install batteries in vehicles
- Deliver orders to customers as needed
- Discuss available options (good, better, best) with customers
- Suggest related items (upselling)
- Assisting in Warehouse between calls and customers
- Ensures department is in-stock, clean, and shoppable
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Work involves some irregularities and difficulties, repetitive and varied tasks,
- Primarily retail store setting, however, frequently exposed to dirt ,dust, fumes, temperature extremes, dampness and battery acid as is normal to warehouse environment in this business
- Stress associated with workplace pressure and the retail environment.
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Sales and or warehouse experience
- Requires regular attendance and reliability
- Basic Automotive knowledge
- Basis computer knowledge
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
