Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, performance monitoring, and the integration of sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, sales analysis, and content conceptualization, with expertise in social media marketing to align strategies with business objectives and provide actionable insights to the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.
Data Analysis: Utilize market research and performance data to identify trends, forecast sales, and refine marketing approaches. Conduct thorough sales analysis to track performance and determine necessary actions.
Lead Management: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, organize and prioritize them, and ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
Sales Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, assess performance, and recommend actions to enhance sales effectiveness.
Product Knowledge and Optimization: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and their market positioning. Analyze product performance and market conditions to identify opportunities for product improvements, upselling, and targeted promotions.
Content Creation: Conceptualize and develop compelling content based on current trends and audience preferences to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Social Media Marketing: Leverage social media platforms to create and manage campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to deliver cohesive strategies and messaging.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market conditions for review by senior management.
Qualifications:
10 years of product door to door experience in sales and marketing with a strong emphasis on analytical skills, lead management, and strategy development.
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and social media marketing.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
