HRAIT/ai TWorks, an employment agency (https://hr.aitworks.com/) is looking for a candidate who seeks a Japanese/English Bilingual Sales position at a Japanese semiconductor company in Michigan.

*Salary:
$70,000~$80,000 + (bonus）
*Benefits:
- Company Car : The company will provide
- Medical Insurance : The company will provide medical insurance (Simply Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield) PPO Gold per schedule provided. Approximate cost USD $1000.00/month. To support setting up FSA medical savings account. If medical insurance cannot be set up to coincide with starting date, to pay for any employee COBRA required up to three months.
- BONUS : TBD. Up to USD10,000 / year.
- Vacation : 2 weeks eligible / year
- Cell phone/Lap top computer/Company credit card: The company will provide.
- Relocation: TBD. Up to USD3,000 / year.
*Work Schedule:
・Full-Time: 8hours / 8:30am -5:30pm, Monday - Friday 5days / a week (Sometimes you need to participate in a meeting in Japan time. However, you can get overtime payment. )
*Job Duties:

Responsible for sales of electronic components and actively seeking new customers.
Engage in technical conversations with client engineers
Provide proposals tailored to meet customer needs
Utilize basic skills in office software and computing to efficiently carry out sales activities and manage customer information
Understand technical information from engineers in Japan to a certain extent and convey customer requirements in Japanese
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and analyze market trends, working towards achieving sales targets

*Requirements:

Technical background in university studies or previous work experience
Experience in business related to electronic components in the automotive industry
Proficient in basic office software and computing skills
Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to travel within the United States
Business-level English and Fluent Japanese proficiency
3-5 years of sales experience

*Ideal character for this position is the following:
- Technical background in university or past job history.
- No hesitation in a technical conversation with the client engineer.
- Experience in business related to Electronic components in the automotive field especially.
- Have a passion for new customer development
- Basic skills in office software and computing.
- Understand the technical input in Japanese from engineers in Japan to some extent. And communicate client requirements to them in Japanese to some extent.
