Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week

This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and composure.
Duties
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
- Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities or behaviors.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
