The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the resort while providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and Owners.
What you're great at:
- Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
- Maintains the landscaping of the resort
- Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc.
- Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
- Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
- Empties all trash receptacles
- Conducts basic irrigation audits and preforms basic irrigation repairs
- Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower
- Assists with any maintenance task as needed
- All other duties as requested

- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1-year groundskeeping experience or related field
- Valid Driver’s license
- Proficient in using manual and power hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations
