We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical specialties and possess exceptional supervisory skills.
Duties
Pay: $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical specialties and possess exceptional supervisory skills.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Oversee patient care plans and treatment procedures
- Assist in staff training and development
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ophthalmology, toddler care, emergency medicine, PICU, dialysis, occupational health, and inhalation therapies
- Previous experience in health coaching and supervising roles
Pay: $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Rotating weekends
- RN unit manager: 3 years (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- RN (Required)
