RN Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse
POSITION SUMMARY:
At Silver Lake, we are seeking the right candidates who understand the need to provide true nursing intervention in a long-term care facility. We are hiring nurses who are either looking to set forth a career or for young students looking to develop skills not taught in any other nursing home. We offer:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

- PTO plus Paid-Sick-Days; unused days are paid out at year end

- a 401k plan that pays 3% into your retirement fund,
- plus tuition reimbursement for LPNs looking to further their skills
- Travel Expenses are also available

QUALIFICATIONS:
- New Grads are encouraged to apply
- Individual must be able to service resident/patients with a wide range of disabilities including those with critical and complex diagnosis.
- Must be able to provide instruction and guidance to all levels of staff.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Sensory requirements of speech, touch, vision, and hearing to normal with correction as applicable.
- Must have good administrative, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be creative and have good observations and analytical skills.
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
