Risk Management Coordinator

We’re currently seeking Risk Management Coordinator to join our Headquarters team!

In this role as Risk Management Coordinator, you will perform a variety of functions involved in managing risk to ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives. This includes performing administrator responsibilities for our comprehensive risk management information system and compiling and analyzing claims information and analysis to assist in loss reduction. You will also be supporting all aspects of corporate insurance programs.

What you will do:

Collaborate with the Sr Director of Risk, Manager of Insurance & Risk, and internal/external partners on:
Preparation and submission of insurance renewals.
Claim submission and handling across multiple lines of insurance.
Fulfillment of COI and other proof of insurance requests and filing.
Insurance compliance reviews.
Acquisition due diligence reviews.
Surety bond requests.
Additional tasks as needed.
Perform administrative responsibilities using the risk management information system including:
Identify ways to optimize the use of the platform to gain efficiencies and positive outcomes.
Retrieve various data sets to track, analyze, and report to the Sr. Director of Risk.

How you will shine:

Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Commercial Insurance experience is preferred.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience and high comfort level with administrator responsibilities for Saa S solutions, ideally Origami Risk or other RMIS platform.
Microsoft O365 proficiency.
