**Job Title:** Rig Hand
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rig Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of the operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the setup of work over rig and locations
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards
- Perform general maintenance tasks on the rig as needed
- Willingness to work derrick position is required
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly on oil rigs
- Commercial driving experience with vehicles is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments that may involve digging and heavy lifting
