Responsibilities:
The Results Delivery Office Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing employee performance and ensuring consistency in operations across all locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for fostering employee development. This includes designing curriculum, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the RDO in maintaining accountability for delivering results by partnering closely with the RDO director, executive leaders, initiative owners/team leads and both corporate and field staff
Provide RDO support through thoughtful business case modeling of initiatives (both quantitative and qualitative metrics), starting with preliminary analyses and then developing further assurance throughout the initiative stages
Assist the RDO in identifying the initiatives which have the most positive impact on Group 1’s growth plan and that can be mobilized for execution with clear visibility and tracking by leadership
Support initiative teams in ongoing business case development for changes in potential value (including working with Finance to confirm assumptions and valuation)
Support the RDO in driving accountability and provide ad hoc analytical support with tracking or value estimation for initiative and functional teams
Assist the RDO at being responsible for directing and focusing cross-functional resources where they can best accelerate value capture (value tracking / visibility, quantifying initiatives, accelerating delivery, etc.)
Work with the RDO and leadership to identify new initiative opportunities with high value potential to Group 1’s growth plan
Support regular cadence of executive reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, data science, or related fields
2-3 years in corporate strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, research and development, or related areas
Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting to executive audiences
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive results with cross-functional teams in a global organization
Initiative to own complex projects and ability to demonstrate business acumen and technical skills required to ensure analytical rigor with teams
Highly motivated and able to manage complex problems to results
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
