Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each dining experience is memorable by delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials.
Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once.
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
