We're looking for a working Lead Craftsman to join our team! Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling
Proficient in hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques
Strong skills in construction estimating and trim carpentry
Experience with blueprint reading and construction site management
Knowledge of kitchen remodeling and water damage restoration
Familiarity with concrete forming, plastering, and woodworking techniques

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
