We are seeking people who are leaders, dependable, self-motivated, organized, and detail orientated to perform Residential Manager responsibilities to assist Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
Compensation:

$40,560 to $48,464 (Depending on experience)
$19.50/hr - $23.30/hr
$237 a month average bonus for adhereing to our community outings program.

Basic Qualifications:

1.5 Years of experience caregiving for those with developmental disabilities.
1 Year of management experience required.
Must be 18 or over.
Must pass 10 ct drug test.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver's license (with no DWI/DUI in last 5 years)
Pass state and Federal Background Check

Paid Trainings

Responsibilities include:

Having great organizational and time management skills
Communicating courteously with co-workers and IDT
Must be able to perform and demonstrate all duties of Direct Support Professional
Medication oversight (ordering, inventory and administration)
Assist in the coordination of weekly program needs, activity scheduling, cooking, and cleaning
Oversee food and monthly house cash management
Learn all paperwork requirements
Attend medical appointments for individuals and follow up as necessary
Home oversight: maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
Compliance with all agency, DDSD, and DOH policies
Follows directives from direct supervisor and administration as necessary

Shifts:

Monday: 1:00PM - 9:00PM, Tuesday-Friday, 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm
On call
