Capital Realty Group is currently seeking an organized and devoted Resident Service Coordinator to join our team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our tenants. Your primary responsibility will be organizing resident events and activities to enhance community engagement and promote resident retention. Additionally, you will connect residents with support and medical services offered by public agencies or private practitioners, ensuring eligibility for assistance programs. Key Responsibilities: - Organize engaging daily/weekly resident activities tailored to their needs - Maximize the utilization of local agencies and programs available to residents - Collaborate with program participants to create personalized self-sufficiency plans - Connect participants with local resources, including job training and educational opportunities - Assist Manager with whatever is needed -Recertify residents (Full training provided) Key Requirements and Qualifications: - High School Diploma required; Associates/Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related fields is a plus - Knowledge of social services and community resources - Strong advocacy skills with a passion for helping others - Organized, resourceful, creative, energetic, and able to handle challenging situations with composure - Spanish Join us at Capital Realty Group Inc. and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
