Remodeler

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. The Remodeler will be responsible for transforming spaces through effective planning, execution, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to glass installation, door hanging, and flooring installation.
Build and construct frameworks for new structures as well as renovations.
Conduct thorough construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
Collaborate with other tradespeople including carpenters and electricians to complete projects efficiently.
Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and quality is maintained.
Weld components when necessary for structural integrity or design elements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
Proficiency in glass installation, door hanging, flooring installation, and other relevant skills.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work hours.
