- Minimum of one-year Operating Room RN experience required. - RN licensure in Massachusetts required. - BSN preferred. - Full and part-time positions available. - Days with rotation to evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call required. About the MGH Main OR Mass General Hospital’s Operating Room department is comprised of an outstanding team of OR nurses, Surgical Technologists, Equipment Techs, OR Assistants, and OR Coordinators providing care for patients undergoing complex surgical procedures.
