Duration: 13-week assignment, Night Shift (4x12, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $2,832 per week
Job Description:
ATC Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Silver City, NM. This position is suited for a versatile and experienced nurse with broad expertise across various ICU specialties. You’ll be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional care in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across diverse ICU specialties, including OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, and PICU.
Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience (Required).
Current New Mexico or Multi-State Compact Licensure (Required).
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) (Required)
- ACLS (AHA) (Required)
- PALS (Preferred)
Versatility across ICU disciplines such as OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, and PICU (Preferred).

Shifts & Scheduling:

Night Shift (4x12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Option for 3x12-hour shifts based on nurse preference and facility needs.
