Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional hospice care in Asheboro, NC. - Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the care team, providing family support and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation in Homecare Homebase EMR system
- Active RN License in North Carolina or Compact RN License in good standing
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice or home health nursing experience
- Proficiency in Homecare Homebase EMR system
Pay: $2,046.00 - $2,366.00 per week
