Pay Rate: $2,820 per week
Job Description:
ATC Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an Emergency Room (ER) position in Olive Branch, MS. This 13-week assignment offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging trauma environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers and demonstrate flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting.
Provide timely interventions for critically ill or injured patients, adhering to trauma protocols.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement effective care plans.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Minimum 2 years of ER experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers (Required).
Must hold a valid RN license compliant with NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) guidelines.
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (Required).
Driver’s license must be included at the time of submission.
Certifications:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Experience in large hospitals (Preferred).
Must be willing to work 48 hours per week.

Additional Requirements:

First-timers are not accepted.
Locals are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius.
Pending licenses will not be considered; compliance with licensing is mandatory.
RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.

Shifts & Scheduling:

48 hours per week, Night Shift.
On-Call: As needed.
Weekend Requirements: As needed.
Open to weekend block schedules; other block schedules are not accommodated.
