The Assisted Living unit is designed to support residents who require assistance with daily activities, including medication management, personal care, and monitoring health conditions. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care in a safe and welcoming environment, fostering positive relationships with residents and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing nursing care to residents in the Assisted Living unit. Your duties will include administering medications, documenting patient progress, coordinating care plans, and communicating with families regarding residents’ health needs. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, monitor vital signs, and support the overall health and wellness of each resident.
