Shift Differentials
- Nights - $3.25/hour
- Weekend - $1.50/hour
- Provides primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation
- Registered Nurse provides physical and psychological support to patients, families and friends, while overseeing assigned team members, as applicable
- Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients through the use of the nursing process as appropriate for RN’s and as applicable to the assigned area(s)
- Competently provides direct patient care, utilizing established procedures, policies, and RN standards of care. Registered Nurse performs unit-specific competencies to include the performance of nursing treatments and provision of clinical services, within the scope of practice
- Graduate of RN program from an accredited school of nursing required
- Registered Nurse must have a current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in similar position within a medical setting (eg, acute care, clinic, or other hospital experience) preferred
- Must be comfortable in an ED setting
- BLS required
- Explore the nearby Sweet Grass Hills, which offer hiking, birdwatching, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape
- Go fishing or boating on the Marias River which runs through the town and offers opportunities for catching trout, walleye, and pike
- Attend the local farmers market, which takes place every Saturday during the summer and features local produce, crafts, and baked goods
- Take scenic drives and experience a sight that is breathtaking
