You’ll be supported in your role with exceptional IT and ATS systems to allow you to focus your time and energy on where it should be - providing our educators with the kind of roles they’re looking for in schools that they will love. We’re well-versed with the tools you’ll need to be able to do your job as seamlessly as possible, and we’ve invested a lot of time, energy, effort and resources into making sure that our consultants have access to the best tools in the business! The ideal candidate: Obviously, interviews are a two-way street and we’ve told you a bit about ourselves, so it’s important for you to know what we’re looking for from you. The ideal candidate for this role, and for us, will have:
Preferably one year minimum education recruitment experience; although other sectors will also be considered - so if you’re passionate about education, but not yet had the opportunity, please do get in touch.
Someone keen to be part of something big, right from the start! We’re not looking for someone who will be just ‘along for the ride’, but someone keen to get stuck in on to help put Tradewind Subs on the map.
An ability to demonstrate excellent customer service to both our Educators and Schools with equal priority. Our people matter most and we’re only as good as the service we offer!
Exceptional people skills; this role is all about personal relationships, so you’ll be confident in managing relationships, internally and externally, both new and old!
