Responsibilities:
- Provide office receptionist services, including answering all phone calls and managing internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- All incoming mail and courier items should be collected and distributed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 college credits.
- Preferable relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and computer usage.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site, office hours, L-V, weekends, and holidays.
