Job Overview
As a Food Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties
Ideal candidates should possess:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation surfaces and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions for new procedures or equipment as needed.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
