LIV Health is hiring a full-time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic in Cheyenne! This is a hybrid position (2 days in clinic and 2 days virtual) doing a combination of walk-ins and Outpatient follow up care. We treat a wide range of mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, maternal health, sleep-related disorders, LGBTQ+ related issues, bipolar disorders, stress, phobias, and much more, and aged 5 and up.
Our other service lines include outpatient mental health, mental health urgent care, case management, and medical services. We are located in southeast Wyoming and northern Colorado with our mental health urgent care clinics in Cheyenne WY and now in Fort Collins CO! Our ideal candidate would also be licensed in Colorado or willing to do so.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, health (BCBS), dental (Delta Dental), vision (VSP), and retirement plan with 3% match.
