MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an
organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Criminal Justice, Public
Administration, Behavioral Science, Social Services, or a related
field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in
excess of the required three years may be substituted for thirty
semester hours from an accredited college or university on
a year-for-year basis.

2. Three years full-time, wage-earning criminal justice, public
relations, program administration, public administration, social
services, training, or victim services experience.

3. Victim services experience preferred.

4. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to
include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation
software programs preferred.

5. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including In Design
and Photoshop, or equivalent desktop publishing software programs
preferred.

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,876.02.**
