Prepares written reports as required by the VI Government, Federal grantor, Funding source, as well as reports for the Executive Director, and other reports assigned. Provides the overall direction and management of the VIPHC program. Supervises program staff. Responsible for the achievement of the goals and objectives of the program. Acts as the spokesperson for VIPHC relative to the media and other official agencies and departments. Develop program budget and makes staffing plan recommendations. Develop and write the case management and outreach policies and procedures for the project. Develop and implement the public information plan. Plans with the Family Case Manager the coordination of services for clients/families. Ensures evaluation for the project is conducted. Assist the Executive Director in project administration and management. Interface with all service providers and ensure implementation of project activities. Assist in developing a tracking and referral system for high-risk clients/families. Monitors case management system to ensure fulfillment of clients/families service plan. Requirements: Bachelor of Science from Public Health, Social Work, Nursing or Education Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business or similar degree 2 years admin experience in a health-related field. Knowledge of community-based organizations, Chronic Disease, Maternal and Child Health, and Grants Management Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Job Type: Full-time Ability to Relocate:
