Summary of Role: The Program Coordinator’s primary goal is to assist with the management and implementation of the Mission: Ignite Tech360 Program’s, partnerships and technology programs. The primary focus is to ensure programs operate smoothly and impact the community positively. Responsibilities:
Will work closely with the Education Services Department Team in helping with the deployment, tracking, and running of the Tech360 Programs.
Support the Partnership team in ensuring that Tech360 MOU agreements with partners are followed and expectations are communicated. i.e. Ensure that partners receive the appropriate marketing and advertising toolkits.
Assist the Partnership team with providing an orientation for the Host Site supervisor as it relates to the Tech360 Program training.
Help with the management of some trainers directly; conduct one-on-ones, run performance reviews & reports, in addition to other managerial activities.
Communicate consistently with partner organizations and their key contacts; answer questions as needed.
Assist with the coordination of the deployment of digital navigators and digital skills trainers throughout New York; answer questions as needed.
Assist with the development and management of a detailed project schedule and work plan; ensure team members meet deadlines.
Ensure data collection; monitor performance measures; communicate to the program's teams ensuring standards are being met and on schedule.
Help with Tech360 Program data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout each project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed; monitor details of program deployment.
Assist with measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
The coordinator may be asked to travel partner sites to do check-ins, have meetings, even make deliveries to any Tech360 partner site visits on their on vehicle, thus a driver's license is required for this position.

Required Hours: Salary Position. In office Monday – Friday with flexible times when the office is open - times generally between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Office hours and days will vary depending on activities and may include Saturdays and evenings since programs can be outside of normal business hours.
