SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, implementing policy, reporting, and conducting the overall management and operation of the Weatherization and Utility Assistance Energy Programs. Responsible for the overall implementation of program notices, weatherization installation standards, state and federal regulations, funding source requirements and policies and procedures, while providing leadership and technical expertise for program staff. Works with the Finance Department to ensure budget and spending are in line with contractual program requirements and program goals. Serves as CSD’s main point of contact for program contract services.
