Post Harvest Manager
Job Summary
The Post Harvest Manager is responsible for all Post Harvest Tasks and Planning. Job includes and is not limited to coaching and directing a team, creating a production schedule and daily assigned projects/tasks.
At least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
Job Duties
Responsibilities: The Post Harvest Manager is involved in all post harvest cultivation activities as directed. These activities include, but are not limited to:
Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Job Duties
Responsibilities: The Post Harvest Manager is involved in all post harvest cultivation activities as directed. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- Coaching and directing a team
- Creating a production schedule
- Monthly audits
- Maintaining Standards Operating Procedures
- Coordinating all lab transfers
- Trimming/manicuring of cannabis flower continuously for shifts of 8 hours in an efficient and quality-focused manner
- Inspect, manicure, and weigh cannabis flower, stems, stalks, and fan leaves for input into inventory control software
- Ensuring quality control for a clean, seedless, pest and pathogen free final product
- Reporting any instances of identifiable occurrence of mold, mildew, seeds, pests, or pathogens to the Cultivation Manager
- Applying labels to various forms of boxes and jars
- Accurately and precisely weighing flower
- Making and packaging prerolls
- Maintaining a clean work environment
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
