Type: 4-Month Contract to Hire Schedule: M-F 8:30- 5:30 PM Pay: $22/hr Description: The Post Closing Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Post Closing/ Funding Experience required a minimum of one full year!
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Effective time management skills to deliver work on time
Capable communicator, written and oral
Strong negotiation skills with ability to effectively resolve problems
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
