Pest Control Technician - WILL TRAIN -- West Valley Route
Green Home Pest Control, a leading service provider in the Phoenix Metro area, is looking to hire a career minded general pest control technician, specifically in the West Valley. Starting pay between $35k-$60k (includes hourly pay). Green Home is known in the valley for providing high quality pest control services. We have a stellar online reputation and have nothing but top-notch reviews on Yelp, Google and happy customers as a result. We are a local, family owned company that is growing and we are in need of high quality individuals to represent our brand.
Employment Requirements:
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Career minded and professional
- Looking to interview and hire immediately
- Clean-cut, honest, dependable, strong work ethic, and ability to work well independently are all musts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean MVR, not more than 1 traffic violation within past year
- Must pass background check
- Able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and managers
- Perform pest control treatment on homes and commercial structures consistent with Green Home Pest Control’s protocol
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures
- Document all work performed and provide information to service/office manager each day
- Proactively address all customer questions and concerns
- Be prepared to address questions regarding our superior service and close sales
- Support office staff by communicating effectively with each customer and documenting account changes
- Properly maintain your truck and equipment and report any problems with your truck or equipment in a timely manner
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
