PE Teacher
ECS PE Teacher Eden Central School is seeking a dynamic educator to join our learning community starting in ASAP. Candidates must have experience working with children, be collaborative, and community-minded. Successful candidates will demonstrate an interest in making connections with students, joining them in their learning journey, celebrating differences, and experiencing joy in the classroom. Our school rules are to show respect, have fun while learning, and to have a safe body.
Experience with Responsive Classroom, PBi S, the Zones of Regulation, and outdoor learning is a plus. A passion for working with children is a must. The ability to promote health and wellness through four season outdoor learning on our campus with expansive fields and wooded outdoor learning spaces is ideal. ECS students have prior knowledge of life-long fitness activities such as golf, xc skiing, snowshoeing, and racquet sports as well as gymnastics, Adventure Programing, and team sports such as Ultimate Frisbee, basketball, and soccer.
