They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: The Vice President will play a critical role in managing and executing investment opportunities, overseeing portfolio companies, and driving strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis and Execution:
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions.
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Companies sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and potential partners.
- Contribute to the development of the firm's overall strategy and growth plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing portfolio companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
