Parts Specialist
PARTS SPECIALIST FOR SMALL ENGINE DEALER (URGENT)
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have at least 3 years of experience in parts and customer service
MUST have at least 2 Years of experience
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have at least 3 years of experience in parts and customer service
- Must take initiative on tasks and be self motivated
- Maintains sales floor and displays in a clean and orderly manner.
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer’s expectations.
- Maintains customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging them
- Assists in Supplying Service technicians with parts, with orders as required
- Controls inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
- Verifies receipting parts logs them in the system and replenishes stock as needed.
- Records all sales and inventory transactions in proper system.
- Assists in handling customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Treats customers and team members with respect
MUST have at least 2 Years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic data and entry/keyboarding skills
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
- Pay is based on experience
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

- ASE Certification (Preferred)
