Requirements: You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are at least 18 years old and hold the necessary requirements for an Assistant Teacher in Oklahoma, which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, hold CPR and first aid certifications, complete entry-level training, and fulfillment of professional development hours to maintain a OPDL certificate.
Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
