Job Title: Part Time Returns Specialist Team Member
Department: CSR Department
Overview: Responsible for opening, inspecting and processing returns that were ordered through our e-commerce marketplace sites.
Essential Duties:
Ability to lift more than 40lbs
Working knowledge of computers (Our POS and IMU system)
Accurately inspect items for damage and/or use
Process refunds / returns within designated timeframes to help ensure timely refunds for our customers.
Job Particulars
Part Time up to 25 hours per week
Must be able to work occasional Saturdays and 2 other days during the week from 8am-6pm. Flexible schedule that allows for working additional hours as needed.
