Martin Property Management, LLC based in Waltham, MA, is growing fast and seeking a Property & Operations Manager with a solid understanding of property maintenance and strong customer service skills.
Requirements:
Must be local and willing to travel within the Middlesex area
Knowledge of common property maintenance issues (no hands-on work required)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset
Real estate license not required but must be willing to obtain
